Items must be in their original condition, unopened and unused, unless faulty.

Pack the item securely, including your order details.

Send to the return address we provide.
 

Return Shipping Costs

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping costs.

If the item is unwanted, the buyer is responsible for return postage.
 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
